Hi!  I’m Amy.  I’m a born and bred Dubliner and I love this vibrant city of ours.  I’m a creative person with interests including Photography, Print & Pattern Design, Interior Design, Glass making & Jewellery design.

I love rummaging about a good flea market and I like to drink a lot of tea to keep me going!  I really love good design and I’m a firm believer that something should not only have a function but should look good too!

Back in 2006 I went on a little solo adventure to Tuscany in Italy to learn how to make glass from the experts. Upon my return from Italy I opened a glass studio and gift shop and managed to throw two kids into the mix too! It was all too much to juggle and something had to give; so the shop closed and I shifted my focus to designing prints and patterns and selling on-line.

I signed up for ‘The Art and Business of Surface Pattern Design’ over at www.makeitindesign.com and I am proud to say that I have now completed all 3 modules!

Since the beginning of 2016 I have been concentrating on building a Print & Pattern Design Portfolio with a view to exhibiting at one of the Pattern Shows in the UK or Paris and maybe New York, New York one day!!
